Pear Tartlets

I made these for my boyfriend’s mom on Mother’s Day.

I substituted the apples for about 3 pears, which was enough for 12 mini tartlets and two 4-inch tartlets.  Bake the minis for 20 minutes and the larger ones for 30 minutes.  I also added some cinnamon.  They were great.
